Obuasi East District HR Department organizes a day training for new entrants on Performance Management System on 15th June 2023 at the assembly’s Deputy Director’s office at exactly 10:00 a.m.
The objective of the workshop was to introduce new entrants to the performance appraisal template.
It was aimed to train/equip entrants with the skill to fill the appraisal form-the time to begin, how SMART the indicators should be, when to review, when to conclude and final meeting with supervisor for assessment.
The benefits relating/linking to the subject of promotion was also discussed. At the end of the training, the participants were enthused and appreciative of the insights and knowledge shared. They acknowledged the HR department and requested for more insightful programs like this. At the end, a number of about ten people benefitted from this training.
