The Honorable DCE of Obuasi East District Assembly; Hon. Faustina Amissah, this morning had the honor to officially hand over a Double Cabin Pick-up Vehicle to the Department of Agriculture in the Obuasi East District Assembly to enable them carry out their mandate as expected of them.
The Vehicle which was part of the Canadian government programme to support its Ghanaian counterpart to modernize Agriculture in the country, were delivered to the thirty-eight (38) new districts which did not have theirs during 2018 when all the districts were supported with the same facility to help extension services for farmers to do their best.
The Honorable DCE charged the Agric Department to take good care of the vehicle and use it for the intended purpose.
