Planning Permit Requirement

  • Evidence of a right or authorization to use the land in accordance with the laws of the country;
  •  
Obtain and fill application forms from Finance Office.

 
  • Site plan conforming to the local plan of the area;
  • Block plan;
  • Zoning Assessment and Justification Report if the application involves change of use or re-zoning;
  • Relevant drawings where applicable;
  • where applicable, reports relating to
    • Air or aviation safety;
    • Radiation protection;
    • Environmental protection;
    • Fire safety;
    • Petroleum operations;
    • Standard verification;
    • Traffic impact;
    • Geo-technical impact;
    • Hydrological impact; and
    • Structural

  • 2 Copies of structural drawings

 

Where applicable, reports relating to;

  • (i) Air or aviation safety;
  • (ii) Radiation protection;

–    Submit completed application, document to

Physical Planning Dept. for processing.
